2. Mô Tả Công Việc
- Lên kế hoạch làm việc và báo cáo công việc với trưởng phòng kinh doanh.
- Tìm kiếm khách hàng có nhu cầu sử dụng dịch vụ logistics
- Lập kế hoạch tiếp cận khách hàng tiềm năng để giới thiệu dịch vụ, chào giá, theo dõi báo giá.
- Chăm sóc khách hàng, nhằm duy trì, nâng cao mối quan hệ với khách hàng.
- Phân tích khách hàng và thị trường để đề xuất những chính sách bán hàng phù hợp.
- Chịu trách nhiệm về thu hồi công nợ, chịu trách nhiệm giải quyết các công việc phát sinh sau khi khách hàng gửi hàng.
- Thực hiện các công việc khác theo sự phân công của Trưởng phòng.
3. Yêu Cầu Ứng Viên
- Trình độ chuyên môn:Cao đẳng trở lên các ngành: Kinh tế, Xuất nhập khẩu, Ngoại thương, Quản trị Kinh doanh, Hàng Hải…
- Tiếng Anh thông thạo.
- Có khả năng đàm phán, thương lượng và ký hợp đồng với các đối tác trong và ngoài nước.
- Nắm rõ quy trình hoạt động của ngành Logistics và forwarder nói chung.
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp, sắp xếp công việc, quản trị thời gian, làm việc nhóm.
- Làm việc dưới áp lực cao, có tinh thần trách nhiệm.
