  • Business Applications /Business Opportunities and Process Management
  • Full implementation cycle of oracle applications (ERP) including several of modules : AR, AP, FA,  OM,  PO,  CRM,  BOM,  GL,  INV,  BIS  reporting and Sales  Force Dotcom.
  • Lead a team of business system analysts to support business applications handled by IT Shared Services Centre.
  • Work with users to understand functional requirements and propose total business solutions to meet user requirements.
  • Work closely with the database service team in maintaining databases and application systems, ensuring performance improvements.
  • Provide expertise in the development and enhancement of business applications to support various business requirements.
  • Assign resources to projects to meet customer requirements.
  • Manage procedures to handle development requests, problem resolutions activities.
  • Perform application and performance review and make recommendation for changes, as necessary.

 

  • IT Governance and Compliance
  • Establish a standard for implementing, maintaining and improving information security of the origination.
  • To preserve the confidentially, integrity of information of the organization.
  • Responsible for overall compliance to internal IT audit standards / requirements.
  • Establish and maintain IS MS security policy, processes and procedures to manage risk.

 

  • Infrastructure Services Management

  • Staff Management (32 staffs)
  • To lead a team of business system analysts to support business applications.
  • To manage and lead the project team to provide prompt delivery of the development, implementation, enhancement and maintenance of business applications and infrastructure.

  • Manage 45 sites in Indochina: Hanoi, HCM, Dang Nang, Laos and Cambodia… (more than 2500 users).
  • Build IT system for 45 sites to connect to IDC (LDAP server, IPCOP…) and also PABX system.
  • Manage user accounts, assign rights and permission and keeping updated the different directories (e.g: address book, distribution list).
  • Making the IT organization chart and assign the responsible, the permission to the IT staff of company. Managing the working of IT staffs.
  • Building procedures, guidelines, flowchart, forms, and policies… for the company operating system.
  • Controlling, and backup/restoring, installing, upgrading, maintenance, troubleshooting the system (computers, networks, servers, network devices, phones).
  • Monitoring activities in the datacenter, LAN, WAN, the company information relation system (technology, sales, and admin).
  • Assessing the quality of operation system as planned.
  • Ensure the safety of information and virus prevention keeping server’s updated/patched regularly when new versions are available.

 

  • Key Achievements
  • Project managed the implementation of IT infrastructure for relocation of ITL distribution center within 6 month deadline to a $2 million budget
  • Supervised the successful global; WAN ADSL rollout using Cisco ADSL routers
  • Introduced standards relating to IT procedures leading to improved network efficiency and a 5% reduction in downtime.
  • Day-to-day management of 80 servers achieving a 5% reduction in serious system crashes within a 12 month period
